The Research Fellowship program is led by Jen McClure. Our work is grounded in the pioneering Team Flow Model developed by our Senior Research Fellow and pioneer of Team Flow research, Dr. Jef van den Hout.

About: The Team Flow Institute is a project of AdHocnium, LLC and operating as a DBA thereunder. As the organization grows, the founders have pledged to “Exit to Community” to share governance and equity with vested members.
