I’m Stephanie Rogers, a founding community member of the Team Flow Institute (TFI). Our goal at TFI is to unlock the state of team flow — a condition of deep alignment, engagement, and fulfillment.
I’m excited to facilitate our first TFI Book Club, where we’ll be discussing Seth Godin’s latest book, The Song of Significance: A New Manifesto for Teams.
Have you ever wondered how to become more active and committed to creating innovative, significant work? Seth shares insights we can put into practice, regardless of our current roles or levels of experience. This is our mission at TFI: to build the future for human work in the autonomous age. A future where creativity thrives and work is profoundly fulfilling. A future where the things that make us uniquely human are not automated away, but where we instead augment our humanity, especially our teamwork.

In our parlance, The Song of Significance is the anthem for human work, just as team flow is the catalyst that unlocks our full potential in the future of human work. As Seth says, human work is the kind “that can’t be automated, mechanized, or outsourced. And this is the song that humans yearn to sing together.”
